Do you have a sweet tooth, but are trying to keep it healthy? Meet those protein gains? I got you! Here is a recipe for a high-protein, sweet cookie dough. This recipe is perfect for a little dessert action or a snack at any point throughout the day. Try it! I promise it will not disappoint.

2 tbsp of peanut butter |
Honey |
1 scoop vanilla protein powder |
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt |
1 tbsp almond flour |
Chocolate chips (any kind you like) |
Instructions:
Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter to a bowl and melt it down in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Mix in a drizzle of honey with the peanut butter.
Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder. You can choose whatever kind you like. I am using the Orgain Organic Protein.
Add 1/4 cup of nonfat vanilla greek yogurt. Mix as you go.
If you have almond flour, this helps with the texture we are looking for. Add in 1 tbsp. If you prefer without almond flour, add in an extra 1/2 scoop of protein powder to supplement the texture. Mix well.
Last, but certainly not least, add in your chocolate chips! I am a dark chocolate lover, so I used dark chocolate chips, but you can choose whatever kind you like best.
Give it one last good mix and pop the bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Take your beautiful creation out of the freezer and ENJOY.
